Tactical Media Definition

As a tactical media artist I consider my work to be guerrilla in its nature. I try to keep my work true to the definition of "media activism" and against the idea that corporations and money are needed to send a message. When doing my news report on The Fall of Democracy I took a sarcastic and choppy approach in order to simulate the Internet, my medium. Quick, fast, funny, relevant, far out, and especially riddled with jokes and news stories that may need some Googling- I believe my media project captures the times of when it will be posted and the style of which I present my ideas can be tweaked to encapsulate the evolving culture of the Internet.
